Does FloorPlanCheck replace an architect, designer, contractor, or permit review?
No. It provides layout review and planning suggestions. Any work involving structure, plumbing, electrical, gas, ventilation, fire safety, code, or permits must be confirmed by qualified professionals.
Do I need a CAD file?
No. A clear screenshot, PDF page, scanned paper plan, photo, rough sketch, or RoomPlan scan can start the review. The product asks you to confirm the key points before analysis.
What does the free result include?
The planned MVP gives a basic score, a small set of top issues, and a preview of the issue map. The full report adds evidence, suggestions, designer questions, PDF export, and share assets.
Is Airflow Check a professional ventilation calculation?
No. Airflow Check estimates natural ventilation potential from a floor plan and opening connections. It is not CFD, HVAC design, or building-physics certification.
