What we collect

When the app launches, FloorPlanCheck may process floor plan images, PDFs, RoomPlan scans, user-confirmed geometry, report outputs, support messages, and launch-list email requests.

How floor plans are used

Your uploaded images and confirmed plan data are used to generate layout reviews, issue maps, reports, and share assets. We do not publish your floor plan without your permission.

Deletion and sharing

The product is designed so users can delete projects. Shared reports and videos should hide addresses, project names, and precise dimensions unless the user chooses otherwise.

Retention

The planned default is short retention for free original uploads, longer retention for paid reports and structured project data, and project-managed retention for Pro accounts.
